Account details from auth.ng (name, verified status), profile info you add, videos and captions you post, device and usage data, and approximate location where you enable it.

When you tag a city, campus, market or event, that location is attached to your video for discovery. Precise location is only used with your explicit permission and can be turned off at any time.

To run the feed and recommendations, power city/campus discovery, process tips, gifts and payouts, keep the platform safe, and improve your experience.

We share with service providers (video delivery, storage, payments) under contract, and within the Bolrach ecosystem (FirstBy, B2B.ng, Newspaper.ng) only for features you use. We do not sell your personal data.

We use essential cookies for sign-in and security, and limited analytics cookies you can control.

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) you can access, correct, export or delete your data, and object to certain processing. Contact our DPO through a support ticket.

We keep your data while your account is active and for a limited period after, unless a longer period is legally required.

Vlog.ng is for users 13+. Monetization requires 18+. We apply extra protections to teen accounts and restrict sensitive content.

Signed upload and playback URLs, encryption of sensitive fields, RBAC, rate limiting and continuous monitoring protect your data.
